Step one – Research: Think about the area you want to be in and the size of home your family requires. Consider amenities close by and the transport links, both current and future. Step five – Authorise: Arrange to sign both your land contract (with your solicitor) and building agreement (with your sales consultant). This is referred to as “exchange of contracts” after which you will be required to pay the amount to both sides.
Step six – Settlement: When the land is registered, you’ll be asked to pay the remaining funds (referred to as a settlement) and we’ll prepare your file for the design phase of the journey where colours are selected and building approvals are obtained. You’ll also have a dedicated Design Coordinator who will guide you at each step of this process.
