Build Process

On average after your tender process and pre-construction plan, it takes around 30 weeks to build your new Meridian Home. You’ll have a dedicated Site Manager who you can check in with on the progress of your build.

Yes, Meridian Homes is flexible with modifying our floorplans to meet your needs. Our sales consultants will sit down with you and ensure every aspect of your home suits you. 

Our experienced team can assist you with your colour selections during your colour studio appointment. You can even do a tour of the colour studio before your scheduled appointment to help begin your new home journey. 

Buying a Home

It’s simple really! Once you’ve selected your house and land package, we require a tender fee to help finalise your plans and get a contract ready for you to sign, at this point the house and land package are taken off the market. Our sales consultant will be with you through every step of the process and happy to answer any questions you might have.

The cost of building a home really depends on your needs. Is it single or double? Do you want a granny flat for extra income or a spare room for mum and dad? At Meridian Homes we work with you to find an option that is suitable to your budget. The best thing to do when speaking to your consultant is to have a list of things you’d like to have in your home so we can find you the best possible fit.
