From the contract signing, registration of the land and building construction, the staff at Meridian were always ready to assist and make sure we understood everything that’s going on, very prompt email communication and reminders. During the course of our entire experience with Meridian we kept on telling ourselves that we’re so thankful we went with them in building our dream home! Six months after the start of construction, we got handed our keys to the house and we just love it so much!

Very happy with the whole process so far, have been genuine & honest which is a must, I have just signed contracts and as a first home buyer I have been very annoying with so many questions, they have been so great and nothing has been to hard, happy with the outcome and looking forward to starting the build with meridian will report back on build & completion.

The best Christmas present was getting to move into our new home. We moved on Friday 20th December. The whole process with Meridian was great. Our journey with Meridian was made better through Michael in the sales office. He even helped us find a rental while we built. Our site man Simon was amazing.
